  • Connected Parenting Coaching

“If only my child had come with an instruction manual!”

That’s a thought that most parents have had at some point in their lives. Parenting is the hardest job on the planet with the least training required!

Nothing prepares you for parenting! Deciphering the big puzzling behaviors children bring to us can be overwhelming. You never really know how this will affect your other children and the family.

This is where parenting support comes in, where we take a brain-based and connected parenting approach. You are the architect of your child’s brain! You’re also the frontal lobe for them until theirs becomes fully developed in the mid-20s!

We use curiosity to figure out what’s going on underneath the behavior. We work on understanding that all behavior makes sense when we realize the pain points.

We learn to create connection first so we can create and enforce the loving predictable limits children need.

Our parent coaching is a bit different because it empowers you with tried and true techniques to help you and your child stay connected through it all.

Would you love to resolve their children’s behavioral struggles found in:

    • Morning routines
    • Bedtime routines
    • Meals
    • Homework struggles
    • Sibling bickering
    • Meltdowns

Are you experiencing demanding behaviors such as:

    • Dealing with a strong-willed child
    • Getting a picky eater to eat
    • Engaging with an angry or defiant teenager
    • Guiding a neurodiverse child

I have been trained by Jennifer Kolari of Connected Parenting as a Certified Parenting Coach,  and I’m here to share what I have learned so you can feel confident and connected with your child(ren). Not only have I trained in this method, but it also saved my relationship with my own children. I believe in this method, because I have experienced its powerful healing in my own family!

What is the difference between therapy and coaching? Great question!

Therapy and coaching serve different purposes:

Therapy is often sought for emotional healing, understanding and resolving past issues, and improving mental health. It involves a clinical approach and is typically led by licensed mental health professionals.

Coaching is usually aimed at achieving specific goals, improving performance, and fostering personal and professional growth. It involves a more goal-oriented approach and can be provided by various trained professionals.

Both therapy and coaching can be incredibly valuable depending on what you’re looking to achieve. Sometimes, people find that a combination of both approaches works best for them.
